Austasia Animal Products (AAP) was established in 1998 to manufacture organic trace mineral additives and probiotics vital to the health, growth, and protein synthesis in food-producing animals.
Currently, we manufacture ZinMet, CuBet, ManMet, FlakeRite, and LiquiTrace 8 for livestock industries in Australia and New Zealand.
State-of-the-art facility opened
In 2003, our state-of-the-art production facility in Forbes, NSW opened its doors with the first batch of ZinMet being shipped out in May that year.
Opening our Forbes plant allowed us to expand our product range to what it is today.
Since the opening of our production facility, we have become partners with CHR Hansen to be the exclusive Australian distributor of the market’s most researched direct-fed microbial, Beef Culture.
This enables us to import this patented culture for blending and packaging in Australia.
